
Mom Learn to Play
Join us for the Moms Learn to Play Hockey summer session at Norfolk Arena. This 5-week program, running on June 11th, June 18th, June 25th, July 9th, and July 16th from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, is the perfect opportunity for moms to get active, learn new skills, and have a blast on the ice.
Whether you're a complete beginner or you've skated before, this session is designed for all skill levels. With the support of experienced coaches on the ice, you'll receive personalized guidance as you build your skills in a fun and non-competitive environment. From basic skating to stick-handling, passing, and shooting, we'll help you feel more confident on the ice each week.
What to Expect:
Skating Basics: Improve your balance, speed, and confidence while gliding on the ice.
Hockey Fundamentals: Learn the essentials of stick-handling, passing, and shooting.
Skill Progression: Each week will build on the previous session, helping you improve steadily.
Individual Coaching: Our experienced coaches will be on the ice to provide personalized feedback and guidance, ensuring you feel comfortable no matter your experience level.
