2026-2027 Registration LIVE

We are excited to officially open registration for the 2026–2027 Medfield Youth Hockey season! Planning is already underway for another great year of development, teamwork, and fun on the ice. We are proud to offer programs for players of all skill levels and look forward to welcoming both returning families and new players to our community. 

Registrations are due by Wednesday, April 1st.

A non-refundable $125 fee will be collected at registration, this must be paid in full before team placement and will be applied to the full year tuition.

MYH Annual Fundraiser

Join us for a fun night out featuring in house, wood-fired pizza, a cash bar with award winning craft beer, exciting silent auction items, and as always TONS of fun with our incredible hockey community. Tickets will be $40 in advance and $50 at the door. To purchase tickets please venmo @MedfieldYouthHockey with your name and include MYH Fundraiser.
